The McGRATH® Series 5 incorporates 3 lines of defence (force displacement, shock absorption and strength & build quality) to stand up to the challenges of this tough environment and work reliably time after time. The McGRATH® Series 5 has passed extreme impact and compression tests and exceeds international standard BS EN 60601-1:1990 "Safety Requirements for Medical Electrical Equipment." The Display and CameraStick™ are designed to deflect impact force. The tilting and rotating action of the display is designed to displace 70% of the force on impact.
