Have you ever used a product that felt like it was designed without you in mind? Well, to put it simply it probably wasn’t. Clinicians are at the heart of Aircraft’s design process - in fact we spoke face to face with over 1,500 end users before finalising the specification for our flagship product. Our research teams engage with everyone who interacts with our products, be it the expert, the service technician, the everyday user, or the cleaner. In our research we try to look beyond the obvious, and challenge assumptions and traditions.
We use Industrial Design principles to balance first class engineering and technology with the needs and dreams of medical professionals worldwide.
