Gillies appointed to Board of Aircraft Medical (Press Release)

Aircraft Medical is pleased to announce the appointment of Malcolm Gillies who joined the company as a non-Executive Director in May 2007. Malcolm was until recently a Senior Corporate Finance Partner, and is now a Consultant to Shepherd & Wedderburn. He has over 30 years in-depth practical experience as a commercial lawyer with particular emphasis on Funds, together with International and Stock Exchange related transactions. Malcolm is a director of Trading Emissions PLC and the Secretary of Axis-Shield PLC. In addition he is a director of several private and listed companies and a member of the Strategic Advisory Board for the Business School at Glasgow University
Malcolm enhances a management and advisory team which already has a wealth of commercial and healthcare experience including Bryan Morton (non-Executive Director), Patrick Paul (Consultant), David Bowie (Head of Sales and Marketing), Jeremy Wheeler (Head of Operations) and Alison Williamson (Finance Director),
