It is the first video laryngoscope to be free from trailing cables, and can run for 2hrs on one rechargeable AA battery. It takes the lead on infection control, being the first video laryngoscope with a guaranteed sterile blade. It also has the first variable length blade, that quickly adjusts to suit varying anatomy.
